District Trainer and former Assistant Governor Jon Dwyer has been chosen to serve as District Governor for the 2018 – 2019 Rotary year. Jon is from the Benicia Rotary Club and was its president in 2009/10. He and his wife Bonnie have gladly accepted the assignment.
