RECOGNITION AND AWARDS - JUNE 12, 2013

Birthdays:

Barbara Bontemps celebrated her birthday on June 8 -- at the Rotary Bocce Ball tournament in Martinez.  Needless to say, President Jack took a lot of flak from the participants -- especially since he had such a fine celebration for his birthday.  To atone, he took Barbara and family to a nice dinner at Scott's later that evening.

Much to his chagrin, Barbara reminded President Jack that it was Art Roth's birthday on June 10.  Art celebrated with wife, Edie, and friends at their Healdsburg getaway.

Anniversaries:

Peirce and Jo Ann McKee celebrated their 10^th wedding anniversary.  Jo Ann was unable to attend the meeting, but Peirce announced a $110 donation to the Orinda Endowment to commemorate the occasion.  Thanks, Peirce!
